Credit-building products already read as confusing or predatory to a first-time audience, so the brand needed to earn trust before it could explain a single feature.

We built a name, mark, and visual system built around clarity over hype, then carried that same plain-spoken tone into the web platform's copy, onboarding flow, and payment experience.
